Harbhajan Singh: The match between India and Pakistan in Asia Cup is proposed on 14 September.
Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has requested the Indian cricket team not to play against Pakistan team in the upcoming Asia Cup 2025. It is worth noting that this match will be played between India and Pakistan on 14 September in the tournament starting from 9 September in UAE.

It is worth noting that the veteran spinner was part of the India champion team in the recently concluded third season of the World Championship of Legends (WCL), but in this tournament, the India champion refused to play against the Pakistan champion in both the group stage and the semi-finals. So now Harbhajan has demanded Team India to boycott the match against Pakistan.

Harbhajan further said- Our government also has the same attitude, “blood and water cannot stay together.” It cannot happen that there is a fight on the border, there is tension between the two countries and we go to play cricket. Till these big issues are not resolved, cricket is a very small thing. The country always comes first.
Whatever identity we have, it is because of this country. Whether you are a player, an actor or someone else, no one is bigger than the country. The country comes first, and whatever duties we have towards it, we have to fulfill them. Not playing a cricket match is a very important thing for the country.
