1. Shakib Al Hasan and Umme Ahmed Shishir
Considered the most accomplished cricketer in Bangladesh’s history, Shakib Al Hasan has amassed 13,205 runs and claimed 632 wickets across all formats of the game. He is married to the lovely Umme Ahmed Shishir, who enjoys considerable popularity among fans.
At the age of ten, Umme moved to the United States, where she completed her education. She later relocated to the United Kingdom for further studies, where she crossed paths with Shakib while he was participating in County Cricket in 2010. The couple began dating and eventually tied the knot in 2012. They are proud parents of three children: two daughters named Alayna Hasan and Errum, and a son named Eyzah. Recently, Shakib was appointed as the captain of the Bangladesh T20I team, leading them in the T20 World Cup 2022.
2. Litton Das and Devashri Biswas
A reliable run-scorer at the top of the batting order, Litton Das is an essential part of the Bangladesh team in both white-ball and red-ball formats. To date, he has amassed over 5,000 runs in 152 matches, including 28 half-centuries and eight centuries.
Litton tied the knot with Devashri Biswas after the 2019 ODI World Cup. Devashri pursued her MBA at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University. According to various sources, she is currently engaged in farming. Throughout the years, Litton has established himself as the primary opener for the Bangla Tigers’ batting lineup. As he approaches the T20 World Cup 2022, he carries not only runs but also good form into the tournament.
3. Mushfiqur Rahim and Jannatul Kifayet
Mushfiqur Rahim has established himself as the most accomplished wicketkeeper in the history of Bangladesh cricket, achieving 427 dismissals across 420 international matches. He holds the second position in Bangladesh’s all-time batting leaderboard with a total of 13,509 runs, including 91 fifties and 14 centuries.
In 2014, Rahim tied the knot with Jannatul Kifayet. Notably, Jannatul is the sister of Mahmudullah’s wife, and their first encounter took place at Mahmudullah’s wedding. Jannatul has a background in Business Studies. The couple welcomed a son in 2018, naming him Mohammad Shahroj Rahim Mayan. In September 2022, Rahim declared his retirement from T20 internationals to concentrate on the other two formats of the game.
4. Tamim Iqbal and Ayesha Siddiqui

Sabbir Rahman’s wife is named Maliha Tasnim. After being together for five years, the pair got married in 2019. Interestingly, Tasnim was still pursuing her graduate degree during their marriage.
